The Drinks 

Organize a Bar tray with the basic drinks like Vodka, Whisky and Gin depending on what your guests drink preferences are. You can also keep a few cans of beer in your refrigerator.  A good chilled bottle of White wine and  a bottle Rose. Prepare a nice pitcher of Red wine sangria. Stock with Ice, Sodas, Juices to mix the Vodka and Rum, Limes and the requisite glasses.

Create a simple décor with use of traditional Flowers like jasmine and marigold  strung around the house, lit Diyas and candles, a beautifully decorated table and outdoor string lights set the scene for the Dinner Party.
